California-electric car manufacturer got the blessing of Faraday Future California State Government to test autonomous cars in California.
California-based startup company that is supported by this Chinese investors plan to produce and sell electric vehicles in the U.S. next year. But they have not been willing to let the question of the development of the autonomous car.
A spokesman for the California Samsat, as reported by Reuters, Wednesday (22/6/2016) confirm this Faraday Future to make autonomous cars. Vehicle testing permission granted on 17 June.
Faraday was one of several start-up companies that want to compete with the Tesla in terms of electric cars.
Like Faraday, Tesla will also provide an autonomous car, although when certainty has not been clear.
In addition to the Faraday, manufacturer approved car testing otonomnya is Zoox and Drive, Cruise Automation which was acquired by General Motors, Google, Tesla, VW, Nissan, Mercy, BMW, Honda, Ford, Robert Bosch and Delphi Automotive.
